Overview

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App processes, how it’s used, and your choices. The App is primarily a client‑side web experience for listening to music, viewing lyrics, and reading an associated novel.

What we collect

No account required and no personal information (name, email, phone) is collected by the App.

No analytics SDKs are embedded and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Data the App stores locally (on your device only)

App state: wish/energy balance, achievements, unlocked items, preferences (e.g., theme), and recently played items.

Caches: to support offline use, the App’s service worker might cache images, fonts, audio, and pages.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export/share it.

Network requests and third‑party services

Media, fonts, libraries, and images may be delivered via your hosting and/or reputable CDNs (e.g., Google Fonts, unpkg). When your device requests these assets, the CDN may receive standard technical information (e.g., IP address, user agent) solely to deliver the files.

We do not receive or log that information.

Permissions

Web: runs in the browser with no special device permissions.

Android/iOS wrapper (if applicable): the App does not require phone state or contact permissions. If previously present, those permissions have been removed.

How we use information

Local device data is used to remember your preferences, progress, and unlocks.

Cached files improve speed and offline playback.

Your choices and controls

Clear app data: use your browser’s “Clear site data/Storage” (or OS app settings if installed as PWA/native wrapper) to remove local storage and caches.

Revoke offline data: in the browser DevTools Application tab (or OS app settings), unregister the service worker and clear storage.

Opt out of third‑party CDNs by blocking third‑party requests in your browser; the App may still function but some fonts or assets may fall back.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data security

The App minimizes data collection and keeps data on your device. Standard HTTPS is used for transport where applicable. No method is 100% secure, but we strive to use reasonable safeguards.

Data retention

Local data persists until you clear it or uninstall the App.

International transfers

We do not intentionally transfer personal data. Third‑party CDNs may serve content from global locations solely to deliver static assets.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Effective date.”
